What the CYL88 login form asks for

Logging in, step by step
- Open CYL88 with the log-in button on this page.
- Tap Log Masuk in the top bar. Its neighbour, Daftar, is the sign-up form.
- Enter your mobile number or username and your password.
- Once you are in, the Log Masuk and Daftar buttons give way to your wallet balance and the notification bell.

When CYL88 will not let you in

| Forgot your password | Use the "Forgot Password?" link under the password field. It opens CYL88’s password reset page. |
| Not sure whether you used a number or a username | The first field accepts either: it is labelled "Mobile No / Username". Try the mobile number you signed up with, starting with 60. |
| Password keeps failing | CYL88 passwords are 6 to 20 characters. Check for a stray space at the end, then reset it if needed. |
| The site will not load or the address looks different | CYL88’s own homepage banner asks players to "remember and save this domain", in English, Malay and Chinese, and its page description lists a spare address. Open CYL88 from the login button here and bookmark the page it lands on. |
| You changed your phone number | Once logged in, Setting has a change-mobile option. If you cannot get in at all, ask CYL88’s live chat. |
| Still locked out | CYL88’s live chat bubble is available on its public pages before you log in, and its Telegram channel posts updates. |

Keep the account yours
- Never share your password or the SMS code, including with anyone claiming to be support.
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Log out from Setting on a shared or borrowed phone.
- Open CYL88 from a bookmark or from the buttons here, not from links in unknown messages.
- Remember the platform's one-person rules: several promotions allow one user, one name and one IP only.
